Pet Authors Edie Jarolim and Arden Moore Meet at Hotel Indigo

I’m a big believer in touting the talents of others. That’s why I happily endured a sluggish rush-hour traffic on I-5 yesterday to meet pet author Edie Jarolim, who was autographing copies of her new book, “Am I Boring My Dog?” at the pet-welcoming Hotel Indigo in downtown San Diego. Brought along Cleo, my 12-pound mystery mutt to the event that featured a well-attended “yappy hour” on the 9th floor terrace.

Here is a photo of me with Edie — in true pet author spirit, we are each holding a copy of one another’s pet books. That’s Cleo in the middle.  I invite you to learn more about Edie and her famous terrier-mix, Frankie at www.EdieJarolim.com. And check out her blog at www.WillMyDogHateMe.com.

Cleo happily checks out Edie Jarolim's new book held by Arden Moore while Edie holds one of Arden's dog books.

  1. It was great meeting you and Cleo, Arden; I was so pleased you bucked traffic to come to the event. Mutual writer support rocks! I will be posting about the event — and you — as soon as I can get my pictures downloaded.

Frankie is now at the Solana Beach home of a friend with three herding dogs, poor little lamb! He’s trying to hold his own in the face of the Aussie onslaught.

    Cheers,
    Edie
